Prof. (Dr.) Kenneth Holland specializes in establishing the rule of law in developing countries and the legal foundations of the global trading system. Prior to joining Jindal Global Law School, he was President of the American University of Afghanistan. He is a Past President of the Association for Canadian Studies in the United States. He is the winner of three research awards and has published nine books and more than 60 refereed articles.
